Syracuse, N.Y. — Prior to Saturday’s game against Virginia Tech, Syracuse football transfer wide receiver Justus Ross-Simmons had appeared in four games with no targets.
But on a 2nd-and-10 early in the fourth quarter, it was Ross-Simmons who quarterback Kyle McCord looked to with the Orange in the red zone and trailing the Hokies, 21-18.
